steelharbingerofdeath Posted April 11, 2008 Posted April 11, 2008 well that got your attention, this moc was inspired by both: http://www.classic-space.com/plugins/forum...topic.php?67749 http://www.classic-space.com/plugins/forum...topic.php?68662 and i thought what a great simple design to get rid of those annoying windscreens, but due to my mistakes i ended up with something similar but too small for a minifig so i went one further and got 3 windscreens squeezed in. so i present to you... DefCon Light Interceptor http://www.flickr.com/photos/23938605@N06/2405617277/ i have to thank Nnen for the engine exhaust as he used it here: http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?i=2642802 C+C welcome. steel... iamded Posted April 11, 2008 Posted April 11, 2008 Another great creation, steel! I love how you've incorporated that tan and red stripe down it, and those tail fins look sweet. Great MOC once again. *thumbup* *thumbup* ~Peace Quote
Asuka Posted April 11, 2008 Posted April 11, 2008 A fascinating design, especially that triangular rear section with the neat wings and the asymmetrical weapon setup. *thumbup* Very nice, with some pretty cool greebling. The color scheme´s well done, too. But although the cockpit looks interesting and fits well to the design of your MK.II cockpit, I´ve to say that I simply hate that gap.... and perhaps it´s a little too flat for a proper interior too.... *look* Quote
Sir Dano Posted April 11, 2008 Posted April 11, 2008 That pilot must have sore arms at the end of the day. *laugh* Quote
steelharbingerofdeath Posted April 13, 2008 Author Posted April 13, 2008 thanks for the comments, i am going to rework the front to better acommodate the pilot, and as for the gaps i will try to fill them, but really there are limits as to how airtight lego can get... steel... Quote
