Greetings everyone! Apologies if this is the wrong location or if an identical topic for this exists. I don't necessarily frequent this part of the forums as I've never really made custom stickers or decals for my figures.

I'm running an RPG as part-GM for my online friendship group. Initially we just used word descriptions however I had the idea to use my LEGO stockpile to create set pieces for the RP. It's a space RP so I'll potentially post in the Space Forums the main ship, but I digress. For the next big set piece, I need to create a Galactic Council Chamber room. This comes in two parts. While the room itself is nearly done pending some orders, I've created custom flags for each of the 27 civilizations. My question is, how small do you suppose I should resize each image to fit it on this white 2x2 square flag:

I plan on potentially using stickers from a label sheet and printing them out on that. Are there any other better ideas? Secondly, since it is a council chamber, I'll also need to print each civilization name on a 1x2 white tile:

Again, how small should I make the font so it will successfully fit on each tile? Is it possible to make the font that small or do you suppose I should try it some other way? As I said, this is my first time trying this sort of thing and I am very much so open to new ideas.

Thank you so much!

Before you worry about font sizes, you need to think about your cutting skills. Try cutting a piece of paper neatly to fit on the part in question. Then work out the maximum font size you can use to get all the text that you require. It is worth printing onto paper first and practicing with that (and deciding whether it looks good) before you buy sticker paper. If you buy pre-cut stickers, your sticker size will determine the scaling.

Thanks for that! I'll certainly try to practice a bit. If my scissor cutting skills become too unsteady, I've got a paper cutter. I rarely use it to cut so small, but I'm certain it can be done.
