How to fix your Sunshine Surfer Van 31079 pull out door function.

I encountered this issue when building my 31079 Sunshine Surfer Van. I can't slide out the hinged function without taking off the roof, seen by the 1x4 tile with studs that prevents this. 

 

Swap the two indicated pieces. This will allow you to have an extra play function.

So simple yet effective. I know when I built it, I liked that it locked when the roof was on, now not so sure. Think I will try it for a while and see what I think, thanks for a good idea.

Thanks for your feedback @Johnny1360. I find in my experiences that even without the stud the pullout door mechanism stays relatively well in place. Luckily LEGO can be so versatile!
