im trying to make a UK police version but cant find any pictures of a lego one

Well I guess you need to try yourself, adjust, try again, adjust some more :) Would be great to show your work and I'm sure members will then give you tips.

Some other note: Vauxhall == Opel, in the rest of the world the Vivaro is sold under the Opel brand I guess.
