The Mugbearer Posted September 19, 2018 Posted September 19, 2018 Back in 2000 a gaming company called TalonSoft have released a Real Time Strategy called "Metal Fatigue". Its most prominent feature was giant customizeable mechs called ComBots. Each of the three factions - the so-called CorpoNations - had a unique set of ComBot parts they could produce. RimTech was focused on balanced combat, having a variety of kinetic- and energy-based defenses and weapons, such as beam swords and force shields. Mil-Agro boasted heavy and brutal melee weaponry and was rigged towards dealing with energy-based attacks. Neuropa Limited made kinetic defense, stealth and energy-based weaponry their domain. Along with unique weapons and - somewhat - unique miscellaneous units, each CorpoNation sported unique visual design, especially for their ComBots: I used to be a huge fan of the game, so I couldn't pass on an opportunity to build ComBots for each of the faction.
