SirNadroj Posted March 25, 2008 Posted March 25, 2008 Howdy folks! *sweet* As the title describes, I'm lookin' for Fabuland figures. Does anyone have any they don't want? I'm willing to buy them, or I've got lots and lots of LEGO I would trade. If anyone wants to sell or trade their Fabuland figures, or fabuland elements, for that matter, let me know! I've always loved Fabuland, but Bricklink doesn't have a wide selection, nor eBay, (In the U.S.) so I was curious to see if anyone heres got any extras. ;-) I'd like to maybe make some Fabuland scale MOCs with a combo of system and fabuland elements, when I get the time! *skull* Thanks for your time~ SirNadroj *sweet*
SirNadroj Posted March 25, 2008 Author Posted March 25, 2008 (edited) What'cha got for trade? What'cha lookin' for? I got the stuff. >:-) ;-) I've got an pretty good variety of elements, I'd say. Lots are in buckets, on account of my Lego workshop renovations, but I can see what I can find if you need anything specific. *sweet* Edited March 25, 2008 by SirNadroj
WetWired Posted March 27, 2008 Posted March 27, 2008 (edited) I have 2 I was gonna put on ebay shortly, though one doesn't have a figure and they're not perfect, no box or instructions Buzzy Bulldog with Mailbox, Telephone, and Motorcycle http://www.peeron.com/inv/sets/3793-1 This one is complete and the telephone handset shows signs of stress but is otherwise fine Bernard Bear and Pickup Truck http://www.peeron.com/inv/sets/329-2 No figure with this one, and the tow ring at the front of the car is broken, the lego block show wear but the fabuland specific pieces (apart from the tow ring) are fine if you're interested in any let me know by sending me a message, I can take some photos Edited March 27, 2008 by WetWired
SirNadroj Posted March 27, 2008 Author Posted March 27, 2008 Thanks for the offer WetWired ~ I certainly appreciate it, but it's not exactly what I'm looking for. :-$ I'd really like to get the Gray goat figure. I know he's rare, though. Otherwise, I'll have to Bricklink him. 8-|

Sadly I only have 4 fabuland figs from a friend... |-/

brickchic Posted April 2, 2008 Posted April 2, 2008 I'd really like to get the Gray goat figure. I know he's rare, though. Otherwise, I'll have to Bricklink him. 8-| Hi SirNadroj. A bunch of Fabuland turned up in a recent bulk lot purchase at my place. A white goat - but no grey. There's quite a few figures: ...and some vehicles: I was impressed with this lot. I have a close-to-2yo who likes my system scale Lego but the minifigs are choking hazards. Fabuland is great because he can't pull the figs apart - same with the motorbikes. He has an obsession with those. I'm sure there were more - figures and certainly red and yellow bikes. They're probably chucked under the couch or out in the backyard somewhere by now :-$ . There were also Fabuland building elements in the bulk lot too. Roofing sections and doors etc. ...so what trains do you have? Vintage town sets? Not sure I would part with these Fabuland pieces just yet though - my son is currently enjoying them :-) . Rebecca
SirNadroj Posted April 2, 2008 Author Posted April 2, 2008 Hi brickchic! *sweet* That's a great collection you have! *wub* Looking at the pics, I'd be interested in Crow, White Bird, Cop Bulldog and the Fox w/ hat. What do you have for walls and roofs? I don't have trains or vintage town sets, but I've got some other vintage basic sets. I may be able to snap some pics. I also have tons of elements. Are you looking for anything else? *sweet* Thanks!

Hi SirNadroj! :-) ...um, I just looked up the value of these and they're not worth enough to bother selling (with the exception of the Fox w\ hat - but then I kinda like him). The Fox's name is Freddy BTW - and I will refer to him as such from henceforth! Anyone would think he was a commodity or something :-| ;-)! But really, my son is enjoying them a lot right now so I think I'll leave them with him for while longer. *sweet* I'd have to sort through the other 130kg of Lego from that bulk lot to itemise the walls and roof pieces. I actually like the roof pieces to integrate into my system-scale town anyway. Vintage basic sets are :-X to me ;-) - I have a few already and can't MOC anything interesting with them! Sorry! :-) ...and so all in all, a total tease. Forgive me? :'-) :-$
brickchic Posted April 3, 2008 Posted April 3, 2008 ...but before you consider forgiving me I will add to the tease by casually letting you know that I have 3 MISB Nesquick bunnies still in thier bags (noticed your sigfig!). X-D

X-D When will the torment cease!? *sing* ;-) Just kidding. Anyone else have any fabuland elements? I'd like some yellow wall pieces w/ blue windows and green roofs with yellow supports. And I'm always interested in figures. (Well, some figures.) ;-)
Deinonychus Posted April 3, 2008 Posted April 3, 2008 Hey I hope you don't mind me piggybacking your topic here SN... ...but I'm looking for THIS GUY, Ricky Raccoon and his Scooter. If anyone has one they'd like to trade for good old American Dollars I'd love to hear from you
SirNadroj Posted April 4, 2008 Author Posted April 4, 2008 Let me provide you with a specific list. I'm always interested in figures, but here are some other specific elements: Yellow Fabuland Roof Support with Green Roof Slope without Chimney Hole Yellow Fabuland Building Wall 2 x 6 x 7 with Squared Blue Window Green Fabuland Tree Fabuland Chair Fabuland Bird Cage Also, any cloth clothing articles (Scala or Belville). Not everything will work (i,e, no long pants, shirts, etc.) but shorts, vest, etc. Anything smaller, basically. *sweet* I'm sure there are other things I need that I'm forgetting. Oh, yeah, the fabuland fences w/ heart patterns. (Brown, preferably. ;-) ) Thanks!
casewindu Posted April 4, 2008 Posted April 4, 2008 ...but before you consider forgiving me I will add to the tease by casually letting you know that I have 3 MISB Nesquick bunnies still in thier bags (noticed your sigfig!). X-D I have two! :-D Sorry Sirnadroj I don't have any figures or elements, only one figure. Bet everyone can guess who that is, i'll give you a hint: starts with "S" and ends with "inner" X-D Many engish bricklink shops that I have visited however have quite alot of roof elements and windows and things, perhaps you should branch out and not just look in the US! ;-) Hope your search goes well! *y*
SlyOwl Posted April 4, 2008 Posted April 4, 2008 I might throw a little spanner in the works by mentioning that although the heads are removable, some seperate at the base of the neck, like the Technic figs, whilst others seperate at the top of the neck, leaving a stud connection...it's something to do with the eyes :'-) So not all are compatible...
Bryan H Posted April 5, 2008 Posted April 5, 2008 I have a few fabuland pieces photo attached... I would trade for similar valued bricks if interested....
