You seem to be trying to link to an EB thread. I'd like to see it if it's true. In the upper right hand corner of any post is the post number. Click that, copy the URL and edit it into your post using the link button please. The post tags you are using don't seem to work. Thank you.

Always bad when something like this happens, some fool decides to be completly unimaginitive and feels the need to fake Lego creations. But, it could be a lot worse.

Frankly I'd be kinda honored if anyone actually thought one of my mocs was good enough to steal :-D

However, this may have been an along the grapevine thing. Someone may have posted it on a non lego thread, this guy uploaded it to a non lego website. It may sound cruel but maybe the guy thought the non Afol onlookers wouldn't care who made it. They don't see lego the same way as we do. Usually.

I'll leave it to Morgan's hands - He can simply ask for credit where it is due ;-)

Thanks for pointing this out. Maybe I'm missing it, but I don't actually see the person claiming my minifigs are their work on that page. A bunch of sites had blogged my historical figs back when Fine Clonier's contest was first running and that page you linked to looks like a copy of one of the blogs; that seems to happen a lot these days. I'm sure no harm was intended.

I won't lie, though. It would be nice if the blogger mentioned where he found them (ie... me ;)) or give me some form of credit, but there's really no harm done.

I definitely don't agree with that, however. Inspiring someone to build their own MOC is honoring. Straight-up stealing images and claiming them as your own is one of the lowest things someone can do in this hobby.
