Pdaitabird Posted August 4, 2018 Posted August 4, 2018 I'm sure that 99% of regular LDD builders already know this. It took me ages to discover by accident though, so here are three keyboard shortcuts for roating parts: With a single part or group of parts selected and "movable," where moving the mouse moves the selection, Pressing "a" rotates the selection 90 degrees about the vertical axis. Pressing "s" rotates the selection 90 degrees about a horizontal axis. Pressing "w" rotates the selection the opposite direction from "s." If any of you know other shortcuts that I didn't list, please post them in a reply! Moderators, if this topic already exists somewhere, please remove this one. Quote
LM71Blackbird Posted August 4, 2018 Posted August 4, 2018 Lol! Yeah, the shortcuts are really helpful! Here are some more that you may find useful as well: Pressing "D" activates the delete key. You can also select a brick and then press "D". Pressing "H" activates the hinge tool. Pressing "L" activates the hide tool. Pressing "V" activates the select tool. Pressing "B" activates the paint tool. Pressing "C" activates the copy tool. Pressing "Shft+RMB" allows you to pan to different areas. Pressing "Shft+V" cycles through the different select tools. Pressing "Ctl+K" takes a screenshot with a white background. Quote
