Looking For 3D Print Services And Bigfig Customizers

Hello All

I'm looking for sites that design and 3D print custom lego parts like helmets, armor etc. There are some DC and Marvel characters that don't seem to have any parts that are a good fit with parts already out there. 

I'm also looking for someone who customizes big figures on commission. 

Any help would be appreciated.

shapeways can print but they dont do the 3D cad design.

frosted extreme detail is their highest quality but the surface finish isn't so good
