Grid E10 Studica / Q10 World.

This is the freighter Xenor Sea 1, heading to Tosul. Some containers are loaded on the deck. This is not the largest freighter of the Xenor Merchant Navy but it is a reliable ship.

Again! James Jennings is on board. He infiltrated site Mike and a raid was successful thanks to his job. After this, he left to mainland Xenor to gather info from the Servants of Freedom, but after the detonation on Haams he decided to unveil what really happened. He went to South Bay, close to site Oscar.

He has received a very short message: “be ready”.

He entered the boat disguised as a crew member.

James has to clear the assault for the members of the Special Operations Unit of the Erotema Navy (combat divers), so the SoF member must be cleared. Alcohol, weapons and sea is not a good combination...

And he gets rid of the SoF thug. No noise is heard…

He leaves and prepares the rest of the assault for the divers team…

A zodiac with an 8-strong team, recently departed from S901 TRIANA, arrives at the port quarter of the freighter.

They take positions on the deck.

A pair of SoF men arrive…

But they are easily killed by the divers…

Another 2 SoF men try to man a 12,70 mm GPMG. Maybe more useful to be used as a drop weapon, but it is a weapon…

2 divers, who had reached the command bridge, are ready to deal with this new threat.

And, of course, they fulfil this easy task.

Judges’ comments…

The first picture with the overview shot gave me a bad taste for some reason. I don't know if it was the perspective of the shot or what, but it didn't really feel like a freighter to me. As I looked on at your detail shots, it got a lot clearer. I liked the containers and would have maybe liked to have seen one displayed on its own perhaps in an open area of the deck or something to get a better view of it. You have a good amount of detail throughout the build with the railings, levels, drums, etc. Nicely done.

Not bad!  Personally, I think your build could have almost been a smaller section involving some of the ship's hull, and two levels worth of decks.  This way, you could have focused on many more details to the ship; vents, tie-downs, life preservers...little items like that can really make the display stand out above all the others!  The background wa good, very good as it showed a water line and a horizon/sky behind.  I liked the choppy water surrounding the ship, nice touch.  Good that you called out the original builder of the containers, showing credit to others is a big deal in this community and glad to see our builders/participants in this game are so respectful!  All in all, I enjoyed this; you changed up the scenery entirely and went a different route with your build.  Good job!

Be Sure to Update Your AARs.

Thanks for playing!

Hi!

Thanks for the comments.

Have some pics of the containers themselves.

The upper ones have an outer size of 16x8x6 1/3 studs (LONG-WIDTH-HEIGHT) with an internal useful size of 14x6x5.

The lower ones have an outer size of 17x8x7 2/3 studs (LONG-WIDTH-HEIGHT) with an internal useful size of 14,5 x6x6 2/3.

Different external shapes without specific parts, just profile bricks or bricks with slides.
