Erling Dideriksen is one of the most famous LEGO designers and the only person who has a brick named after him.
Yet surprisingly little is known about him and his work. There are no interviews with him.

Pieces of information that I managed to collect:
- (obviously) He invented the Erling brick (Design ID 4070, "Angular Brick 1X1") in 1979.
- He is listed on 23 LEGO patents as the inventor.
- He was a Chief Designer on the LEGO City range.
- He was the first boss of Steen Sig Andersen (designer of 10187 Volkswagen Beetle).
- There are some photos of him on Facebook and Brickshelf.

Unfortunately I haven't found anything else, althought it's clear that he is an important person in LEGO history.

Is there anything else known about him?
