LEGO 10027 Train Shed help.

I was going through my storage unit and found set 10027 Train Shed. I am trying to find out if it is complete as the box has been opened.

There are 12 sealed bags, 2 light grey base plates, 2 dark grey 1 x 16 Technic beams and 4 x 9 volt track pieces.

My concern is that it weighs 1462 grams compared to the weight on Bricklink.com of 1650 grams.

Can someone verify the number of bags and/or the weight. Thanks.

Just worked out what is missing ....... the instructions. Can someone verify the weight?

There are several people selling instructions on BL. Perhaps you could contact one of them and ask them to weigh it for you?

As an alternative you could just build it and see what's missing (but I gotta feeling you want to sell this).
