Mechbuilds Posted June 24, 2018 Posted June 24, 2018 Here's my V4 engine build. Features: -Alternator -Water pump -Crank pulley/fan -Belt and tensioner -Fully functioning pistons that move with the crankshaft -Carburetor on top -Distributor on back -Siamese exhaust like the original ford 15/17M engine. Next i need to figure out what's the smallest possible 4 speed gearbox i can attach to it.. There were no custom or cut parts used. Quote
Mechbuilds Posted June 24, 2018 Author Posted June 24, 2018 (edited) Quick update: Silly me.. The waterpump/alternator/fan should spin as the engine spins.. Also the fan should be a... you know.. fan? Also changed the oilpan and added cooling hoses.. Even a clutch at the back.. Now i need to start figuring out a good chassis..
