Mr. Builder Posted March 17, 2008 Posted March 17, 2008 On the Indy whip,Picture see at the end of the handhold, the little cylinder. See how it is a cylinder, not a ball, well out of the 5 Indy's I have, one of there whips has that. To show you what it looks like (can't load images onto my computer) look at the round tip of the antenna:Picture and imagine putting it onto where that cylinder would go. Hope those complicated instructions helped. Quote
Scouty Posted March 17, 2008 Posted March 17, 2008 Yeah, I have one too. The (most probable) reason is that the machine did not add enough plastic, resulting in the ball at the end. Quote
Mr. Builder Posted March 17, 2008 Author Posted March 17, 2008 Hmm, so mine isn't like the super deluxe rare piece. but if i was ever stupid enough to sell my collection, they could go for a bit more. Quote
Ronan Nissen Posted March 17, 2008 Posted March 17, 2008 On my first Indy's legs, the paint was there but the detail that goes around the paint was printed upside down and on the wrong side of the legs! Quote
Erdbeereis Posted March 17, 2008 Posted March 17, 2008 As far as I know all of my whips are normal. But I will have to check sometime today. Quote
Millacol88 Posted March 20, 2008 Posted March 20, 2008 Thats an interesting problem and I've never heard of that happening anywhere else.... Then again I only have one indy set... Quote
zouave Posted March 22, 2008 Posted March 22, 2008 On my first Indy's legs, the paint was there but the detail that goes around the paint was printed upside down and on the wrong side of the legs! Woa. Do you have a pic of it? Quote
Flatfoot Thompsen Posted March 23, 2008 Posted March 23, 2008 Out of the 5 Indys I have, only one has a ball at the end. So I think cylinders are normal. Quote
