Hi and welcome! What you need to do is to choose a guild and then post your sigfig in said guilds pinned thread.

First of all, you'll need to read the first page of this topic :

I also advise you to write all your questions in this topic too, as it's more usual to use this pinned topic to get informations and news.

Usually in Guilds Of Historica new topics like yours are used to post new MOCs. You would risk to be ignored or forgotten by the accumulation of new topics and will never get answers.

Now, all you'll got to do is to read each first page of each guild and pick your favorite guild and then post a topic where you are presenting your Sigfig picture (your character in the Guilds)
