Though few in number, King Mathias’ gathering of heroes stand defiant in the face of evil.

Wow, that is darn cool right there. Looks like someone who would walk around in Skyrim. Great use of parts to bulk up the armour but still keep the look of Jayko from the classic (?) figures. Colour me impressed.

Dang. 

I really like the use of the sword pieces as an armored skirt- that’s some NPU.

The contrast from all the pieces that make up the torso give it a really unique look- the bricks, skull spider and wings impart a really cool visual language.

Knights Kingdom II was the theme that brought me into LEGO when I was little, and it's awesome to see the theme get some more love at this point.

Ah, Knight's Kingdom... too bad that I passed on most of its sets.

Anyway, this rendition of Jayko is pretty amazing. My only nitpick would be the feet, as I feel they wouldn't fit a human foot. Then again, they play nicely into the eagle motive, for which I also appreciate this detail. ;)
