TheBeeze Posted May 2, 2018 Posted May 2, 2018 WOW dude that is awesome! Very cool! I am shocked at the angled tiles on the wings, I didn't know those existed. Quote
sigpro Posted May 2, 2018 Author Posted May 2, 2018 Thanks! I realized they existed on BL absolutely by chance. In fact, the plane was built with conventional angle plates, but there were too many studs. When TLCompany launches other angle tiles...planes will look even better. Quote
sigpro Posted May 2, 2018 Author Posted May 2, 2018 Here you are. Landing gear down: 7 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr Landing gear up: 8 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr It is very similar to the real Eurofighter Typhoon´s landing gear, with the exception of the orientation of the rear wheels. From the first version, I had to move the wing hardpoints to the wingtips, as the clearance from the wing to the ground was not good for me. Additional comments or questions are welcome. Quote
TheBeeze Posted May 23, 2018 Posted May 23, 2018 You’ve been awarded (4) points. Judges’ comments… Phenomenal Work! You've captured the look and feel of this quite nicely. Everything from the working landing gear to the articulation of the ordnance is executed very well. If there was one thing I might change, it would be to do the forward wings by the cockpit with plate/tile instead of brick. Awesome job, I can't wait to see this thing in a build. Awesome!!! I do not know enough about the real jet this was based off of, but I enjoyed looking at this a lot! Good armament/loadout pictures, solid build with lots of details. Watch out with your lighting, those pics darken up very quickly, my guess is you might be blocking your light source. Great build! Be Sure to Update Your AARs. Thanks for playing! Quote
