Tacitus Posted March 14, 2008 Posted March 14, 2008 Greetings. I've been lurking about Eurobricks for quite some time, putting off signing up. So, I've finally made myself do it. I'll try an get up a sigfig avatar in the near future. I've been a LEGO fan since the 80's. I can't say that I've ever really had a Dark Age per se, but there have certainly been lulls here and there. I think that the new Castle line is absolutely my favorite. I also pick up Star Wars, Indiana Jones (and the Adventurers before that), and Batman. And with the fantastic town models, like Cafe Corner, etc., I'm even buying into some town stuff... besides, it gives Batman somewhere to go. Oh, and I even find myself picking up some Exo-Force for reasons that I can't quite explain. I have to say to all of you who have been showing off your MOCs and contest entries here: they are all really great! I'm jealous of the building skills I've seen here. Tacitus *skull* Quote

Tacitus Posted March 19, 2008 Author Posted March 19, 2008 Welcome to EB. Which do you like better, Indy or Johnny Thunder? Oh, that's a tough call. I think that while I like the Indy minifigure best, the Adventurers as a series is better. I see the Indy line as being limited by the movies, whereas the Adventurers could go anywhere. But hopefully the Indy line will become an Adventurer-like series. Quote
