P3T3R Posted April 21, 2018 Posted April 21, 2018 Hi! I’m really excited to show you my first MOC. P1010809 by Piotr Jędrzejewski, on Flickr I didn’t model it after any existing vehicle. I just used my imagination . It has two motorised functions: - steering (Servo motor) - propulsion (L motor) There is an independent suspension in the front and a rear dragged axle. I concentrated more on the appearance of the truck than functionality (sounds like a heresy on a Technic forum ). I’m quite satisfied with the look of it and when it comes to functions there is not much to say. There are only two very simple, motorised functions. Also, I will try to make better pictures and video the next time I show you a new MOC. Quote
Leonardo da Bricki Posted April 21, 2018 Posted April 21, 2018 Welcome to EuroBricks @P3T3R!!! I like your MOC, its a lot better than my first Technic model. The front curves on the wheel arches look great. Lots of models focus heavily on the looks, so don't worry, it's not heresy! Quote
HorcikDesigns Posted April 21, 2018 Posted April 21, 2018 Hey, this is the cutest truck I have ever seen. I like it! Many interesting techniques (one for all: using panel and pin-hole connectors under front axle). But the rear axle needs to better bracing, the connection shown on the pictures and video will cause the wheels will slip in after few meters of riding. Quote
Johnny1360 Posted April 21, 2018 Posted April 21, 2018 Not bad at all for first MOC, I do think it would look much better though if you move the rear axle back 3 or 4 more studs. Also welcome to EB. Quote
Aventador2004 Posted April 21, 2018 Posted April 21, 2018 It looks short, but great for first moc. Quote
Jurss Posted April 22, 2018 Posted April 22, 2018 In first picture looks like car from some cartoon. Quote
