debriel Posted April 17, 2018 Posted April 17, 2018 Hello everybody! I've been playing with Lego since some old kids gave me parts to play with so they could leave me unattended. Naturally, I was sucked into this lifelong fiendish cursed hobby. I've been moving a lot in the past and bits and pieces got lost, eventually simply stopped playing for many years. I'm back for the fun but still without many bricks at hand. I can't say how active I'll be or for how long before life forces me away again. Quote
Littleworlds Posted April 17, 2018 Posted April 17, 2018 Hello and welcome to Eurobricks! I was fortunate to be able to dig up about 90% of my old Lego. Including the sails and other unique pieces of my black seas barracuda, but I digress. Lego is a lovely hobby and I hope you will have a lot of joy with it. Its really all about the ideas you have with the pieces you got. Quote
deraven Posted April 17, 2018 Posted April 17, 2018 Welcome to EB, and back to Lego, debriel! You don't have to be 100% into it all the time; I think a lot of people on here ebb and flow with Lego to some degree as "real life" interferes. Happy building, virtual or otherwise! Quote
debriel Posted April 18, 2018 Author Posted April 18, 2018 Thanks for your warm welcomes. I don't have a lot of bricks left, only old ones I couldn't part with and virtually none of the "recent" 2k-ish ones. I have used LDD but its library is so outdated and incompatible with the rest, for example 3x3 plate. Sadly, a few computer hard drives died on me nearly at the same time last year so only some backups are left. Good thing I didn't lost any invested effort due to inactivity. I suppose I will upload some of these old works soon. Need to update and make them presentable first. Quote
