POV-Ray parse error help

Anyone using Pov-Ray that could help me navigate this error message:

"Parse Error: Cannot find file 'ldd_colors_declarations.bin"


According to LDD2Povray site, these are the instances that generate the error:

This error appears when the Library_Path in POVRAY.ini does not contain \\.\LDDIncludes,
LDD to POV-Ray Converter is not running or POV-Ray is 64bit and LDD to POV-Ray
Converter is 32bit.


However, I have verified 64 bit running on both programs, both programs open,
and the extra line of LDDIncludes text has been added to the POVRAY.ini file
correctly.

Are there any other reasons this parse error might be occurring? Resolutions?

BTW, my input and output paths are different as well.
