Interesting. The model certainly needs more detail in the engine department, some simple outriggers would be nice, and the tyres look too wide (but good work with the steering; how's the turning radius?),
However, I've tried in the past to build similar cranes, and always had the same problem of balancing the superstructure. I imagine in this case it's helped by a very light boom (none of mine ever were), but how much weight can this actually lift?

Interesting small crane, but as @ColletArrow mentioned more details and thinner wheels will be great; if you could have 43.2 X 14 from London bus that would be great

Some Answers:

  • I need some pieces before finishing.
  • Outriggers are on the list to add.
  • Turning is pretty bad for now.
  • It is Badly balanced.
  • Tips over easy.
  • A full battery over front or rear. A little less over side.
  • Easily extended.
  • Easy lifting.

The worst part is probably the sides of the boom, but everything else is pretty good...

Great, the boom needs an overhaul.

Great little crane! Lots of details in a small scale.

In some future photo could you put something in for a scale reference?

I Can when I am finished working in LDD. Then you will see updates to this crane.
