Hi Ribbigkid,

if I were you, I would try Bricklink.com. Then click on Minifigs.

When you look at a page like this for example: https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?M=njo174#T=S&O={"iconly":0}

It shows you indicators of how rare a fig can be considered:

- price (these are real prices, not some crazy collectors prices that no one pays) - expensive means more rare

- number of sellers (lots for sale worldwide) - less sellers mean more rare

- number of sets the fig is in - (less sets mean more rare)

I like this method because it shows you the real and current market situation.
