TrippleSNOT Posted March 8, 2018 Posted March 8, 2018 Hi My first topic in this forum. Apologies if it's not in the right place. I am building a model in Lego Digital designer. I have placed a section of bricks where it is supposed to be but then of some strange reason, I removed the connection between the two parts. Now i need to connect them and I can't find out how I did it in the first place. Every way I have tried this far only moves the section a little bit so it no longer is placed where I want it. I would like a connection between the blue and yellow pieces. If it is more feasible it could be done by replacing the green pieces, but all the other pieces need to be where they are. Help please ! LM71Blackbird Posted March 8, 2018 Posted March 8, 2018 (edited) The problem that your having is that the whole piece you want connected is about half a stud off. I don't see any way to get it all connected without moving it about half a stud and use normal connection options. In the long run it will probably be better to make it standard spacing. If you figure out your old connection method, please update. I'd be interested in knowing. That's my advice for you. Hope it helps! For the future though, there is a dedicated forum to LDD for discussions, help, and the like. Edited March 8, 2018 by LM71Blackbird Quote
sed6 Posted March 19, 2018 Posted March 19, 2018 Try this. Problem is you're about .0001" shy of them lining up properly. The solution is to move the yellow and attached gray pieces away, add the brick with the knob, and then replace the yellow and gray pieces. Quote
