Venefic Posted February 15, 2018 Posted February 15, 2018 You wouldn't need instructions to build a Minifigure. They're pretty straightforward. This one's from a City Police set. Although the picture I attached isn't identical, the uniform is the same and was released in 2014. I recommend you trawl through on Brickset or LEGO servers for the instructions. My guesses to sets: 30228: Police ATV, 60046: Helicopter Surveillance, 60049: Helicopter Transporter, I wish you luck in your searches. Venefic Quote
David_bricks Posted February 16, 2018 Posted February 16, 2018 Maybe you mean how and where to get the parts of that minifig? If so, you can get them at bricklink.com or toypro.com. You can go thru the online minifig catalogue of Bricklink and Toypro, they might have the minifigue you want listed out there for you to buy. The handcuff is separate item, doesn't come with the minifig usually, but you should still able to find it in either one of the website. Quote
