Hello everyone,

About every year I buy a few sets, either old or new. I am by no means an experienced builder, but know how to connect things here and there. Recently I rediscovered Stud.io so I decided to give a few things a go again. One thing that always bothered me was how I could never figure out how the wheel on this sawmill was build. I know how to connect the saw to the wheel, but just can't figure out how those things are connected to the 2 wheels on the side of the building. If anyone could help me out, please do, it's been bothering me ever since I was a child. :)

Many thanks!

Thanks. :)

I didn't try to embed an image, I just put a link to an image on Peeron. It's from the idea book 250, page 44. Here's a small picture of it.

The wheel was probably built by using the old triangular ball hitch plates, sandwhiched between the two technic discs.
Add a 1x4 plate across the back end of the hitch plate and friction lock the balls in place.
It'd be real fragile and prone to losing its alignment.
I could be wrong, bit hard to see.

Hah! looks like I was wrong.
