Well, lately if you have noticed atall, I havn't had any new moc's atall :-( (Like anyone did notice, wishful thinking huh? X-D )

Well anyway, one day it led me to think of what I could try new, and I built off of wanting to use treads again. So I did, but I wanted a new menacing look, so hence, a new track layout persued. I also wanted to retry the previously used cockpit technique.

So I did. I wanted it big, menacing, and armed to the teeth. In fact, this tank kinda has teeth, and a nice big grin. Take a look ;-) After a moc I actually designed and tried quit hard on..

Big metal grin, imposing front tracks, nice pokey infantry shanking bottom, nice cockpit, and a hint of purple. I like it! :-$

Taking some previous advice, I actually added abit of detail and addons this time. I used a (new to me) Vent technique on the side here, my nice checkered pattern design again, and some chains on the chain gun as some added flare. I love the big gun this time, but am dissapointed alittle in my overused rocketlauncher technique. :-|

Using this track formation presented me of having to form the ouside edges to it. But in the end I love how it all looked *wub*

Some extra detail in back. Extra treads, a random chain, some.. boards.. yeah. And some gold!

Not every picture needs a caption.

I also tried an asymetric look this time. Cockpit slightly off centre, no gun in the complete middle, and I think it gives it a very menacing look, kindof crowded, deadly, and in a way, cartoonish.

Open cockpit shot

Extra overall shot for good measure.

So. I hope you liked it, I tried hard on this one! :-$ Almost studless, new details, new techniques, new style, I like it, and hope you do :-$ I have no Mocpages for it yet.

Any comments, critisizm.. Anything, are highly praised :-$ Thanks guys.

Brunt? That's a new word for me :-D

This is very fearsome, though it reminds me of This.

I love all of the details, there's alot of nice spots heavily detailed *y*

The one thing I do not like is the color, some of it looks hideous :-X But it's still awesome!

Brunt means 'A main force or impact' so I thought it was a pretty good match for a heavy battle tank :-$

And color scheme? :-D Whats wrong with alittle sand green and purple tints X-D Gotta have some color :-P I just like to use rare colors that sit around, so here seemed a good little place to use em :-$ Thank you though for your comment X-D

That was pretty cool, although an infantry grinder would kinda be useless, as the tank could just run them over .X-D

Oh, yeah Brickmaster, your tank is pretty cool also. It reminds me of Advanced Wars.

Very neat! I can imagine this slamming into enemy forces! I love the front, very menacing, and the tread design is great. *y* The main turret is wicked, and the missile rack is always neat. *y* The only thing I dislike is the kind of random colours; grey, purple, gold and sand green. X-D Still, it's really cool.

The bright gray space in the front is asking to be shot at with armor piercing tank killer rounds. I usually think of tanks sloping down in the front to help deflect attacks and reduce resistance. The gold spikes really bug me. I would recommend some purple or black ones if you have/can get them.

I am very old school LEGO in my thought so I want to see this in with more color and a defined color scheme. Maybe even a complimentary scout buggy or something to help it out. It is a nice build though and does look imposing. Which of course makes me want to design something to blow it up all the more.

Moc on!

I guess I was going for a more cartoonish look rather than realistic battlefront :-$ If I wanted a precise relaistic war machine, I'dve built a modern tank, but you already see many of those built :-P Probably should have mentioned that.

There also seems to be alot of fret at the colors - I guess I don't entirely understand but that's oke :-$ All grey and afew sand green, a battle marking checkerboard and a purple hood decoration thing, isn't all that randomized? 8-| Just alittle flare ;-) The entire thing is mostly dark bley - All dark bley would just be boring, and then people would want more color X-D

Just can't find a medium :-P But thanks all! I appreciate the critisizm, beyond the colors ;-)

Very nice, I love the more cartoonish brunt look of it. However, I will add my voice to the "Dislike the colours" crowd. I don't hat other colours, but try and give it some coherence, not just a heap of different colours in random spots. The sand green fits in nicely though. I also wish the tank sloped down at the back the same way the treads do, that would look great. The missile launcher and gun both look fantastic, and overall its very well done, I just think that by sloping the back, the sides will look less plain, and colour change will look better. Maybe SNOT the roof too, to keep it in line with the rest.

I love it though, don't get me wrong, especially the front, and it is very well built *y*

To the Bricksignal! >:-)

Impressive, and... BIG :-D .

I *wub* the global look of it, and the cockpit and rocket launcher most of all.

Just one thing: I wa expecting that 'Big metal grin' (as you appropriately call it) to be an openable door to a cargo deposit or an infantry cell 8-| .

Nontheless, great job *y* *y* .

Wow great tank! Very menacing but at the same time cartoonish, why cartoonish you say, well because of the seemingly random colors, the huge vents on the side, and the boards, extra treads, and chain on the back. This all together gives it a decidedly Loony-Toonish feel, to me at least. This is in no way a bad thing either because it gives the tank it's own personality and adds to the uniqeness of the tank overall. I for one like all the random colors it gives the tank it's own flavor. That being said excellent job at creating a decidedly creative and unique tank. *y*
