Aaron Posted January 31, 2018 Posted January 31, 2018 (edited) Hello! Today I would like to present my 2-bay hopper car built in 1:38 scale (10-wide). This is my first time photographing using a lighting tent, so I apologize if my photography skills aren't perfect, as I'm still getting used to this. The decals are from Brick Model Railroader. Feuer Zug Posted January 31, 2018 Posted January 31, 2018 Seriously good work on this. Lots of details and functionality. The stickers cap it off. Quote

I should mention that the decals are from Brick Model Railroader. They're actually a bit undersized for my hopper car, since they're designed for 8-wides which are about O scale (1:48). I did the best I could to spread them out though. Quote
ColletArrow Posted January 31, 2018 Posted January 31, 2018 Stunning work! Pretty big, at 10 studs wide, but full of detail and excellent shaping. Well done! Can it function correctly? If you were to fill it up with 1x1 round plates (or any other granular material), would it be able to empty? Quote
Paperinik77pk Posted January 31, 2018 Posted January 31, 2018 Amazing work and details! Bogies are really well done!!! Quote
zephyr1934 Posted February 1, 2018 Posted February 1, 2018 Another great MOC, I drool at the detail you can fit in to 10 wide. Quote
Man with a hat Posted February 3, 2018 Posted February 3, 2018 Impressive. And nice use of that SC hub cap. Quote
