OH! I totally missed that! X-O They didn't put it under 'New Sets'! :-| But wait, is it old news? Now I'm confused. *wacko* This may indeed be new news, and yet it may have already been mentioned. I see on page 68 of the Castle thread that someone saw the BPs in the UK SAH, but no one said it for the US SAH. So I guess this is new news! Nevermind, then. *sweet*

Ah thank you thats what I was trying to do!

This does provide alot of diversity when building an army from the knights standpoint... between the battle pack and the chess set, you can really get a large army at a decent price. I think it is the they skeleton armies that benifit most, as there is a lot of diversity in the figs. (although getting two armored knights in the crownie pack is sweet too!)

My "battle packs" shall be purchased exclusively through bricklink. For Canadians these things are highway robbery. At $17.99 that's $4.50 a figure! I can do much better on Bricklink. Heck, I can even get some classic figs like the BF or Lion Knights for a better price.

This was probably the easiest set I've ever passed on.

But there are 5 figures... 8-| Still, that's $4.00 NZD each... minifigs are so expensive!

Oops :-D .

Still, at $17.99 (before tax), that still works out to be almost $4.00 a pop. After tax we end up paying just over $4.00 CDN, which works out to be about $5.00 NZD. Bricklink offers far better than this.

I am really disappointed in the USD price of these. I can buy a Castle Tic-tac-toe set on Bricklink for $19.99 ( 10 figs at $2 per fig), but these BPs deliver 5 figs for $13 (5 figs at $2.60 per). Even LSW BPs are cheaper, at 4 Stormies for $10, and those have licensing costs. I can't blame Lego, since the BPs are beatiful products, but I can blame the current exchange rates. *n*
