Joker Manor or Firehouse Headquarters (GB)?

I have a brand new Joker Manor that someone is willing to trade me for a used GB headquarters. I really love both sets but but always wanted the firehouse too. Which one would you choose? Which do you think will hold its value best?

Which one you want more is a personal preference, but the Firehouse will hold it's value down the line far more than the Manor will.

Thanks Nemo. That’s what I thought as well. I really love the minifigs of Joker Manor but GB has sentimental value being that I grew up in the early 80’s

Plus, you’ll likely have more time to buy the Manor again, and it’s the cheaper of the two-less saving required.

So I just exchanged the brand new Joker Manor for GB Firehouse HQ at my local store. I figured I might as well just pay the extra $80 and have a brand new set without worrying if it’s complete. All in all I couldn’t be happier! I’m enjoying the build thus far (just finished bag 3) and am impressed with how accurate it is to the movie. Thanks for the suggestions
