Lego minifig display help

Not sure if this is allowed so Mods feel free to correct me if I’m wrong.

I made a purchase from a company that specializes in minifig displays but haven’t had much luck in getting any updates. They seem legitimate but It’s been 2 weeks and no response to my emails. I’m wondering if I should just cancel the order through my credit card company. Was curious if anyone has purchased from minifiguresdisplay.com before? If so, what was your experience like? TIA

I have no experience with the company listed here, but between lego’s own minifigure displays and ones you can brick build or use with general display cases, there’s too many options to feel restricted to a company that’s not delivering on their product.

The site seems to be legit. It could be possible that holiday traffic has slowed them down. Still, no response is unprofessional, and you do have other options. I would probably cancel the order.
