BrickMusher Posted November 12, 2017 Posted November 12, 2017 (edited) Hei Trainfans, today I would like to introduce my GP-35´s. The Idea was born when I discovered this photo at railpictures.net The real stuff I liked the contrast of the red/yellow, and the black/orange livery. The build is traditional 6-wide and the very first beginning was very similar to Lego©´s GP-38. The upper part was somewhat more tricky, and especially the red/yellow pattern needed different changes before I was finally satisfied. Both Engines are equipped with two Motors and two weight-bricks to offer enough traction for long and heavy freight-trains. http://W&LE #2662 and #105 on a cold autumn day by Brick Musher, auf Flickr Both GP´s run very reliable on two exhibitions in 2016 Please feel free to visit my flickr-album for more pictures https://www.flickr.com/photos/156473872@N02/albums/72157688380901311/with/37650883914/ Enjoy, best regards BrickMusher Edited November 12, 2017 by BrickMusher Tried to improve photo-link.... failed :-( Suggestions??? Feuer Zug Posted November 13, 2017 Posted November 13, 2017 Nice looking pair of Geeps. The tall grasses give the idea of a rarely used railroad here. Quote
LEGO Train 12 Volts Posted November 13, 2017 Posted November 13, 2017 Great picture ...I like the black & orange one! Quote
