Do you think that Princess Storm, the princess of King Leo who wears armor and a sword, is inspired by Joan of Arc, one of the earliest females who wore armor and wielded a sword?

As a general idea of an armed and armoured woman, it is of course possible, that she was an inspiration.

However, women participating in battle is a much older thing than Joan of Arc, who is a 15th century figure. There are reports from greek writers (and artwork) of the Amazons (5th century BC) and - for a danish company maybe more relevant - the existence of shield-maiden in norse culture:classic:

No. I think it is more to do with set sales and making the characters appear to girls (as well as boys) than any direct historical reference. There were other female warriors of a similar era but before Joan of Arc ... eg. Matilda of Tuscany, Isabel of Conches, Joanna of Flanders, etc. Joan of Arc just happens to be better known.
