i started this one, i really wonder why status bar text is still huge even defining its size as 14, and all those "XXXXX" (@Roland, there you can see how i chosen the typeface)

Actually the status bar is the only thing not rendered by OpenGL, so its font is OS dependent and it's size is hardcoded to use the whole height.

i made a small change over that, all fonts using size 15 - humbly saying, i think it is looking a little bit better (but that huge text size below at the status bar still scares! :D )
