If for example in a battery I put 1 receiver v2 plus 4 xl in it, and also in the battery I put 4 lights of power functions, I would lose the power of the xl when using them (by the lights PF I mean)

It is that the 4 xl would be for the traction of the vehicle.

Your question is a bit hard to understand...

But if you are trying to put 4 XL-motors on 1 rechargeable battery, it won't be able to power them.

No you won't loose any noticeable power on the motors. 4 XL generating some torque won't work either. But the current going to PF lights (LEDs) is next to nothing compared to the current an XL motor draws. In fact, you can use the brightness of the PF lights to gauge the current that the motors draw.
