Brandon Stark Posted June 3, 2017 Posted June 3, 2017 (edited) Treaty of Fort Philip by Brandon Stark, on Flickr Since the settlement of Dragonstone and the rest of Blueton Colony, the colony has been under a tense peace, with the colony always alert and ready for an attack by the natives. The natives, also known as the Tenotclaxcans, have been hostile towards Oleanders since the last colonization attempt over a year earlier, which failed after an unknown incident with the natives, causing them to attack the fledgling colony and kill many of its inhabitants. A year later, when Brandon and a group of adventurers attempted a second colonization, it was feared the natives would attack the colony. Thus, Brandon ordered the construction of a fort, Batterie Royale, within months of the colony's founding. Additionally, a company of thirty Oleander soldiers were also stationed in the colony for defense purposes. Despite their fears, a native attack never came, though Brandon requested the arrival of a second company of thirty Oleander soldiers as the settlement of Dragonstone grew. Around May 617, the first contact with the natives were made. After weeks of negotiations, Brandon was able to convince the natives' King, Azuma, to come to Fort Philip to sign a treaty of alliance and peace between the two. The King refused to come to Dragonstone, fearing Oleander betrayal. Fort Philip, however, was not only a fort, but now a small town had begun to grow around the fort, further staking Oleon's claim in the area. After negotiations between the two in the government building of Fort Philip, Brandon and Azuma signed the treaty, which would guarantee alliance and peace between the two. The treaty also opened up trade between the two. With permission from King Azuma, Brandon planned to build a trading post deep in Tenotclaxcan territory, at an area called Fin de Riviere by Oleander traders. All in all, the treaty would signal a new era of peace and prosperity for the colony. Edited June 3, 2017 by Brandon Stark Quote
Tezclatipoca Posted June 4, 2017 Posted June 4, 2017 Nice little build. I am happy you finally made it ! A good continuation of the incoming peace between Oleon and The Ténotclaxcans! I know in LDD minifig posing and equipment is particular, but if possible to make funny strange hats for the native would help to identify them as Ténotclaxcans. Overall, a Good job ! Quote

Thanks for the compliments. Sorry I wasn't able to make the strange hats for the natives. I didn't have much time, and the minifig posing took up much of the time.
