Pretty amazing build. I really like that it has just the right amount of brick and color mixture to look convincing.

Funny moment: When I saw the picture of the roof, I initially thought "Why are there microscopic tanks driving around up there?!". Then I realized they're propably supposed to be birds

Great looking building!! The use of different textures and the exposed brick work really works well and gives it a perfect run-down look!!

I absolutely love builds like this! I wish more people would build derelict urban style MOCs, great job!

Fantastic build. Full of detail to make it look like the run down derelict building that it is. I think the workman in the second photo is taking a bit of a risk sitting having his piece under that rusty old fire escape!

Thank you! I think it's more interesting to search for a run down look than to do it clean.

Thank you very much, I'm glad you like it.

The foreman is wise enough to wear his hard top, at least. I won't save him from the looks of his co-workers, though.
