Mr. Fantastic stretch arms?

Anybody know how I can do this?  I would love to do this with the Mr. Fantastic or Plastic Man minifigs. It's like the Ms. Marvel lego set

I think I used the arms from a Mr. Fantastic Minimates figure for mine,, but minifig is in storage, so I can't check.

You could use Lego Technic rubber tubes.

Or plastic sheathed wire.
