I think the torso is ok, but I'm not totally convinced by the head 8-| . I don't really know this character, so you may be able to tell me how to modify the face to achieve a better result :-$

I love the torso, and the head is very good. However, could you just get rid of the nose and make him look a bit meaner by chaging his eyebrows please?
