I realy like this!!! my second home was always the gym, so this is right up my alley

( There is no town without a gym  ) I totally agree

A good build. I like the different levels of the building, but I think the facade of the red building would have looked better without the touches of tan, though. The boxing ring looks cool!

This reminds me a lot of the gas station that was posted recently. Similarly shaping and colors even.

I think there is some potential here, but there is a point where it can be too busy, and I see that with this facade. There is a lot of color mixing and not all of it meshes well. Also, I'm not sure on that type of depth for this building. I haven't really seen too many buildings that are shaped like that, but maybe that's just my own mind.

I like the idea of a brick built sign, but why name it biceps? Why not just brick build GYM or something generic. Not everyone goes to the gym to work on their arms. Just an idea.

Yeah this is great. I like the use of colors, I know some prefer more subdued and conservatively colored urban designs but the use of colors here is great and the smaller sections are more in line with the current modulars like Detectives Office and Assembly square. Really like the fully-plate built roof and masonry textured facade. You made a nice cozy modular, great work. Just don't let them skip leg-day!
