The cargo train is not yet retired, and most likely you will be able to find it at a hefty discount (somewhere around 120-130€). I would buy the second Horizon Express. Quote

Bricklink average price is about $170.0. https://www.bricklink.com/catalogPG.asp?S=10233-1&ColorID=0 If course you will need to invest in power supply if you intend to operate it which will drive the price up some. As a note, one PF motor will easily pull a double HE. As others have said, a double HE looks great. It is, by far, the train that gets most of the comments at the shows I go to.
