[Moc] Modular Apartment and Ice Cream Shop

This is my first ever modular building. It is a simple ice cream shop with a studio apartment on the second floor.

It is a nice building, especially for a Lego City layout. Could use a few more interior detail. However its not technically a modular building.

Sure it is. It can be combined with the existing modular buildings via the Technic pins. It's a nice little building AND it's technically a modular.

@toorayay Correct me if I'm wrong but I am under the impression that Lego modular buildings all had a physical means of going from floor to floor designed into the structure. Based on the pictures I don't see anything resembling that. So while it is "modular" it isn't a modular building based on Lego's modular building standard. And based on height it seems as though it would fit better with city structures more than official modular buildings. Having said that I do like the building and could easily fit it into my layout.

The ice cream shop could use a front wall & door. Or at least something to properly shield the workers from the environment

There is. There's a stairway visible at the back in the third picture . The Parisian Restaurant and the Assembly Square both feature exterior staircases.

And it's propably about the same height as the Pool hall in the Detective's Office.

@RogerSmith I completely missed the staircase in the 3rd picture. Thank you for pointing it out. I stand corrected.
