kokkie20 Posted February 7, 2017 Posted February 7, 2017 I found a tutorial online to automate the 10235 (winter market). It uses a motor and a battery box (this motor: 58120c01) Is there a way to change the battery box for a powerplug or something so it doesnt eat battery's? Hope it is in the right forum part. Quote
Cwetqo Posted February 7, 2017 Posted February 7, 2017 You can use 9v train power supply and connect to motor with PF extension cable (tested and working perfectly) or buy PF rechargeable battery (fairly expensive) with charger and leave it plugged. Quote
kokkie20 Posted February 7, 2017 Author Posted February 7, 2017 Thank you will take a look at that :) ! Quote
dr_spock Posted February 7, 2017 Posted February 7, 2017 If you have 9V DC wall adapters kicking around and are handy with a soldering iron and not concerned about warranty, it is possible to modify the AA battery box to run off wall power. Quote
WvG_853 Posted February 7, 2017 Posted February 7, 2017 The reference for the train power supply is 4548. I bought one for the same reason. You will need indeed as well an extension cable. Quote
LucyCol Posted February 8, 2017 Posted February 8, 2017 If you want to keep it pure Technic you could search out a 8485 Control Center 2 and power supply, plenty available on BrickLink. Quote
