Shouldn't I have gotten a polybag?

I've got a fairly simple question, and it may be as simple as I didn't understand.  I purchase the Assembly Square modular from Shop at home last Sunday.  I was expecting to get the free Nexo Knights polybag with the purchase, but the box showed up with no extras.

Is there a reason I didn't get the polybag?

The free Nexo Knights is only with a Nexo Knights purchase.

Oh boy, I knew t had to be embarrassingly obvious!  Thank you for clearing that up for me.  I'm glad I checked here instead of Lego customer service!

Doesn't help you in this case, but I have also recently received my free polybag in a separate shipment from my actual S@H order. Something to be aware of for the future.

If you go to your shopping bag at shop@home it will tell you how to get the promotion. You can make an other order to get it.

It always shows up in your shopping cart, if it's not there, you're not getting one.  I'm always ensuring that it's in the shopping cart when I place orders online.
