It closely mirrors the design animated here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Hand_Car_Animation.gif It uses a Technic 24T gear and 12T bevel gear and has platforms for two people. Of course, traditional Lego minifigs will fly around but from what I've read, the NBA minifigs could potentially work with the springs in their legs removed. I think a plainer colour scheme of black/dbg/brown would work better for varieties seen in the UK, but yellow would be more appropriate for modern-day health-and-safety high-visibility reasons! Quote
