Capparezza Posted January 19, 2017 Posted January 19, 2017 (edited) Hey there! Couldn't find any suitable thread so I thought I'd start one What's the purpose? Finding and gathering information about colours which have been used by Lego and for LEGO pieces. To start it off, I have quite a simple question: I have the chance to get my hands on Set 7047. I was wondering if the colour used for the water on the included baseplate is matching normal 32x32 baseplates in Blue? Edited January 19, 2017 by Capparezza Quote
Lyichir Posted January 19, 2017 Posted January 19, 2017 I just checked and it is indeed regular blue, though keep in mind that it transitions to Brick Yellow (tan) in the back. Quote
Capparezza Posted January 20, 2017 Author Posted January 20, 2017 @Lyichir Thanks a lot for your help, very appreciated The back doesn't concern me much, important was the question if I could blend in the front into an existing layout with blue baseplates. Seems to work out, then. Quote
BrickG Posted January 20, 2017 Posted January 20, 2017 This is really making me miss baseplates. I wonder why Lego no longer does them. I wish I still had mine from childhood. My favorite one was a Castle one and sadly it broke when I was in high school. :( Quote
