StarWars8Spoiler Posted January 12, 2017 Posted January 12, 2017 (edited) Well, as some of you may know, LEGO is hosting a contest where the goal is to create characters based off Adventure Time built in the style of 21308. The prize is an electric guitar signed by the cast of the show, 21308 signed by the set designer, and more. One of the good things about Rebrick is the ability to submit multiple entries. I thought I'd show off mine here: Flame Princess Key-per King Worm The Blastronaut Ricardio the Heart Guy Shelby Cosmic Owl And finally... Susan Strong So there you have it! Please leave any comments or suggestions and I'll be sure to follow them! Any guesses which of these could be a winner? Edited January 12, 2017 by ChristopherLee Quote

Not familiar with Adventure Time, so can't judge on accuracy, but Ricardio looks promising :) Quote
StarWars8Spoiler Posted January 12, 2017 Author Posted January 12, 2017 It's one of my favorite cartoons. The guitar itself is valued around $900 (US), plus the added value of having the show's cast sign it. Quote
Cottin Posted January 19, 2017 Posted January 19, 2017 (edited) Stoked off your avatar, I did some clicking, happened upon this thread and I'm really happy that I did. I had no idea about this contest, but now I'm seriously considering throwing my hat in the ring. So first off, thanks for the heads up! Secondly, I'm a huge fan of your Key-per model and think as is it would look flawless beside the official Adventure Time brick-built figures. A Mannish Man with Enchiridion book as a prop would be the perfect complement, although making that manly minotaur sounds truly challenging! I'm also really diggin' your King Worm and Sue Strong builds. All of these models stand a chance I think! Good Luck, brother! EDIT: Just had to add that Flame Princess' hair could not be crafted better in Lego bricks, superb shaping! Edited January 19, 2017 by Cottin Quote
