koalayummies Posted December 31, 2016 Posted December 31, 2016 While home visiting family over the holidays I was told I should clear out the Lego collection if I still wanted it (or else?). Ended up being 119lbs of Lego, lots of MOCs from childhood and a number of Modular Buildings including TH, DO, PS, PR. 9 boxes total of 14" and 16" cubed boxes shipped across the US. I've been packing and shipping expensive and fragile items for years but was amazed at how well all the buildings and assembled sets came out being shipped almost completely assembled (mini figures and various parts that were bound to fall off were removed and wrapped). Town Hall was shipped just like this, no issues! Clock tower, flower pots and lamp post were removed for shipping. A few of the others that survived almost completely assembled: Very happy to have nearly entire Lego collection in one place now. Quote
