Here are a few winter holiday characters I've put together from existing parts in the past couple of years. From left to right: Ebenezer Scrooge, a classic/"Old World" Santa Claus, Snowman, Snow Queen (devised before the CMF Ice Queen was announced), Baby New Year, and Krampus!

I like that Krampus!

Where is that head from in the Snowman? The Nesquik bunny?

Yeah, it's from the bunny.

The Krampus is actually my favorite of the lot, I think. I've been wanting one for a while, but only this year did it dawn on me which parts I could use.
