Why don't the new two Castle Impulse sets (the skeletton with the skeletton horse and the knight with the catapult) and the Castle advent calendar appear in this catalogue?

Will there be a City advent calendar this year, too?

NOOOO! The beautiful Indy set pics... aren't there! I wanted to see the jungle duel... :'-(

But, there is other stuff... like Bionicle, which I think looks good, cept for Tahu. But Star Wars sure looks great! But where is the rest of the EF sets? Agents looks pretty good too.

I'm thinking that the retailer catalogs may be localized to only display items that will be available for sale within that region, so a retailer catalog from a different country possibly displays additional sets as well.

As a side note; looks like Ctiy-Airport wasn't a big seller, gone after two years - normal cycle is three.

This catalogue is the one distributed in Russia... but that doesn't explain why there's Indy pics, since there'll be no Indy in our country.

One of the biggest LEGO shops on my city scanned this one, not me, so I can't take bigger or better pictures. I'll try, of coursse, but I can't promise anything.

Apparently TLG thinks we lose all interest in nice, peaceful themes when we turn 6, or whatever the top end of the Duplo age range is. Though I could skip both circus and cavemen, assuming zoo included all of the circus animals.

Well, then release date is month before the date listed in this catalogue. I think so because Phantoka release date here is February (I really, really will be one of the first Russians to get'em... jst go to the shop on 1st February morning...)

Thanks for the pics. I guess it's nice to see everythnig in one place. That is, everything that is shown. Sadly, there're still the other two Batman sets to be revealed pisture-wise, and the other bits and pieces people have mentioned.

I honestly don't think this is everything. Quite a few Star Wars and Batman, a Bionicle or two, and I believe I remember a couple more Coast Guard sets listed somewhere (like a platform of some kind). Plus, there's always the retailer exclusive holiday sets like Target usually gets.

And does anyone but me think LEGO might be done with Exo-Force as a marquee theme?

Hey all. I am a new collector, coming back to lego after being gone for many, many years. My two boys have gotten me seriously interested again.

Anywho, disclaimer of NOOB status completed, I have what will sound like a silly question. There are a few sets in this catalog that show mid year 2008 release dates, but I have already seen them previously. The one I am thinking of is 7036 Dwarves' Mine. Is it being re-released?

I think the Mine will be rolled out with the rest of the new Castle sets this spring seeing as its in all the listings.

It almost seems as if LEGO is testing the waters for the new sets by releasing them as a couple of retailer exclusives first (The mine for Target, and the Wheel for TRU).

It's a possibility, but I wouldn't count it out quite yet, since this catalog is missing other stuff as well, like the large Coast Guard 4X4 and several summe starwars kits. ;-)
